Mr. Prachanda Man Shrestha Chairperson Farming Systems Specialist, experienced program manager and trainer with several years of experience in organizational capacity building and coffee value chain development. Pioneering role played in development of guidelines for coffee quality improvement and organic certification of small producer groups in Nepal.
Mr. Indra Raj Jyoti Paudel Vice-Chairperson Resource Person in the areas of policy design for social development organizations, capacity development of self-help groups, NGOs and Savings & Credit Unions. Savings and Credit Program Promotion and Management, social mobilization, advocacy and networking.
Mr. Bal Bahadur KC Secretary Initially Leader coffee farmer and village level processor, founder Chairperson of District Coffee ProducersAssociation-Lalitpur (2057-64), founder Chairperson of Coffee Cooperative Union-Lalitpur (2064-71).
Ms. Rachana Gyawali Treasurer Experience of working in cooperatives with expertise in finance and accounting.
Mr. Ishu Shankar Shrestha Member Technical Resource person in cash/industrial crops including tea, coffee and ginger. Experience in internal control system for organic certification of crops produced by small farmers’ groups.
Mr. Minod Moktan Member Human rights campaigner and social worker with working experience in South Korea. Korean language interpreter.
Ms. Tapi Nepali Member Secretary of Pragatisil Primary Coffee Cooperative and member of education sub-committee of Coffee Cooperative Union, Sindhupalchowk. Teacher of Raktakali Basic School, coffee farmer and member of internal control system as well as local resource person and internal inspector.
