Beautiful Coffee Nepal (BeaCoN) supports empowering of CCU (Coffee Cooperative Union) through the capacity building program like “Cooperative Management Training”. BeaCoN and VDRC (Vijay Development Resource Center) cooperates for this program. VDRC provides necessary training and visit to improve their management capacity at villager and district level. .
